- Electroporation High Voltage “HV” Pulse for permanent destruction of adipocytes
FAQs about body contouring:
How safe is the treatment?
A series of RF energy is delivered by a succession of pulses at 1 million cycles per second. While this may sound intense, it is very safe. To maximize comfort, the body’s temperature will be constantly monitored at an appropriate incremental tolerance, with ongoing accurate feedback of the skin’s temperature. This thermal monitoring provides the utmost in temperature control.
How many sessions are required?
It is recommended that weekly sessions are performed over a six to eight week period (depending on the targeted area). Gradual improvements in the treatment area can be seen following the first few treatments – with the skin’s surface feeling smoother and softer immediately.
What type of post-procedure care is required?
There is absolutely no downtime for BodyFX. Patients will notice redness and warmth in the treated area which will subside after a few hours. This warmth will not prevent anyone from their regular activities.
How much does body contouring cost?
Prices are quoted based on the requested area(s) to be treated. Prices will be quoted to patients for requested area(s) of treatment during consultation. Prices range from $150+ per area of treatment. The BodyFX treatment is usually sold in a package, which will be discussed during your complimentary consultation.
